The Criminal Law Practitioner is currently accepting article submissions for our fall issue. All submissions must address a novel and timely topic that affects criminal law practitioners. Though we prefer articles narrowly focused on issues criminal law practitioners face, we are willing to accept any criminal law article if it has a dedicated section addressing how the article’s subject matter impacts practitioners and what practitioners should do in response to the article’s subject matter.

All submissions should use Bluebook formatting and footnotes.

Please send your submission and CV to CrimLawSubmissions@wcl.american.edu by early August for consideration in our fall publication.
