The Criminal Law Practitioner is currently accepting article submissions for our Fall 2022 issue. All submissions must address a novel and timely topic that affects criminal law practitioners. Though we prefer articles narrowly focused on issues criminal law practitioners face, we are willing to accept any criminal law article if it has a dedicated section addressing how the article’s subject matter impacts practitioners and what practitioners should do in response to the article’s subject matter.
All submissions should use Bluebook formatting and footnotes.
Please send your submission and CV to CrimLawSubmissions@wcl.american.edu by late August for consideration in our fall publication.
Thank you for your interest in the Criminal Law Practitioner. In order to best serve you, we ask you include as much information as possible in the subject line. For example, to inquire about a guest blog post, write "Guest Blog Post" in the subject line. Similarly, if you are interested in submitting an article for publication, write "Article Submission Inquiry" in the subject line. We will respond to your message as soon as we are able.
Thank you again,
The Criminal Law Practitioner
